  • Yes. We offer vehicle, boat, and RV storage options, including covered and enclosed units. Semi-truck parking is not permitted, however semis may enter the property temporarily for loading or unloading only. Long-term or overnight semi parking is not allowed.

  • Yes. If one year of rent is paid upfront, you’ll receive one month rent-free.

  • Our 12x25 and 12x35 storage units have 10-foot door heights. Door heights may vary by unit size, so we recommend calling with any specific vehicle or equipment questions.

  • Item For safety reasons, the following items are not permitted to be stored:

    • Chemicals or hazardous materials

    • Flammable or combustible items

    • Pets or live animals
